Are these real or artificial flowers?

The vast majority of our products are made of real flowers, Grasses and seed heads that have been dried or preserved and in some cases painted or dyed. The only exception would be some of the berries used in our seasonal arrangements which are artificial.

How long do they last?

If kept properly our products will last for years. To keep them at their best and preserve their colour. They are best displayed in a inside in a dry environment and out of direct bright sunlight. Condensation and Damp conditions such as bathrooms may cause them to droop, mould or leak dyes. To keep them clean we suggest dusting lightly with a feather duster of similar.

Are they safe for children and Pets?

Our products are natural plants and as such sometimes shed small particles and seeds. They should be displayed safely out of reach of children and animals. They are not food and should under no circumstances be consumed.

How will my flowers/Wreath be shipped?

All our products are securely parcelled into recycled and recyclable cardboard and paper packaging and shipped by Royal Mail.
